For many years I freelanced for publishers, having articles and pictures published in magazines and newspapers around the world – I have also lived in various countries, including England, Germany, Thailand, China and Australia. In recent years I have transitioned to mostly publishing online, creating my own design elements and entire websites, and adding to my skills (and track record) documentary-style video (as well as one-minute promotional video), social media marketing and publishing.
I have also started teaching more courses. For many years I have taught an accredited professional photography course, and in the past two years I have also been teaching Photoshop. I am now currently designing a course in how to create engaging one-minute videos for social media using consumer drones and smartphones or pocket camera – this will enable me to pass skills I use to drive conversions via video on social media.
Short videos are the most effective way to increase brand recognition and exposure, and promote products or services, on social media. By short videos, I mean videos of around one minute or less – it is harder to keep audience engaged or watching videos of longer than one minute. I
